About the Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with strong frontend development skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in Figma (including Variables, Components, Prototyping, and Animation), and hands-on experience with React, Angular, and CSS3 animations. You will play a key role in designing and developing intuitive, visually stunning, and functional interfaces that delight users and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
- Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Implement animations and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and delight.
Frontend Development
- Translate designs into responsive, interactive, and high-performance web applications using React / Angular.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Implement CSS3 animations and transitions to bring designs to life.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design and development alignment.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design and development practices.

Required Skills
- UI/UX Design:
- Proficiency in Figma (including Variables, Components, Prototyping, and Animation).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
- Portfolio showcasing interactive prototypes, animations, and user-centered designs.
- Frontend Development:
- Strong knowledge of React and Angular.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (including CSS3 animations), and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
- Familiarity with backend technologies and API integration.
- Experience with motion design tools like After Effects or Lottie.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest design and development trends.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Figma, React, Angular, and CSS3 animations.
