About the Role
We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to craft campaigns that elevate our brand, drive traffic, and convert leads. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to make a tangible impact without the hustle of metro life, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (social media, SEO, SEM, email).
Manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google AdWords.
Analyze KPIs (ROI, CTR, conversion rates) to refine campaigns in real time.
Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging assets.
Stay ahead of industry trends to innovate campaigns.
Perfect Candidate
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B/B2C).
Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical mindset with a knack for turning data into action.
Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp).
