About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to optimize our website and enhance its search engine ranking. The ideal candidate will excel at keyword research, on-page and technical optimization, and link-building strategies. Join our team to make data-driven decisions that improve visibility, drive organic traffic, and boost conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Keyword Research & Analysis: Identify high-traffic, low-competition keywords and analyze competitors for optimization opportunities.
On-Page Optimization: Optimize website meta tags, URLs, content, and internal links to adhere to SEO best practices.
Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly, user-intent-driven content and optimize existing materials for better rankings.
Technical SEO: Conduct audits to fix site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and ensure structured data implementation.
Link Building: Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest blogging, and content promotion.
Local SEO: Optimize Google My Business listings, manage citations, and improve local search visibility.
Analytics & Reporting: Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
Perfect Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficient with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms is a plus.
